I had a great weekend here! The hotel is super close to the station—just a 10-15 minute walk—which is super convenient. The view of Mount Fuji from the viewing deck is amazing! Plus, I really enjoyed the public bath; it was a nice way to relax after a day of exploring. Oh, and the staff was friendly and offered free popsicles, which was a fun treat!
I did have some issues. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable; I wish they had more variety available. we found some mold in our room, which was pretty concerning. When we brought it up, the staff didn’t seem to offer a solution. it could use some improvements.

I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel! It’s super accessible, only a 10-15 minute walk from the station, which made exploring the area a breeze. The staff was friendly and offered nice little treats like free popsicles and chilled udon during summer. Plus, the rooms were clean and had a cozy vibe, making evenings in together quite nice.
The buffet breakfast was a huge letdown—the scrambled eggs were more like liquid, and some dishes had a pretty off smell. the noise from other rooms was a bit distracting. It could use some improvements in comfort and soundproofing overall.

The staff was amiable with advice and suggestions. The setting was PARTICULARLY GOOD, close to shops and restaurants, a good Italian restaurant nearby and shopping areas. Also, the hotel was 15 mins walk from Chichibunomiya Memorial Park.

I really enjoyed my stay; the room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The hotel’s location provided a lovely view of Mount Fuji, and while the staff could’ve been a bit friendlier, they were helpful when we needed assistance.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety in the menu.

I stayed at Kan-Raku Fujisan for a quick getaway and found it to be quite enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, which made a great first impression. The location is perfect, with easy access to grocery stores, and even a few shopping spots nearby. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and despite its size, it had all the essentials, including toiletries and a mini fridge. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, featuring great food and an amazing view of Mt. Fuji.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

I had a pretty nice romantic getaway at this hotel! The room was spacious and super clean, which was a major plus for us. Enjoying the onsen was definitely a highlight, and we loved that the big shopping mall right across the street made things easy. Plus, it was awesome to catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji when the clouds cleared up.
But OMG, the downsides were a real bummer. The hotel is quite a trek from the station—definitely took us longer than Google promised! the breakfast situation was a disaster; with limited options and stuff not being restocked, we ended up stuck with cold leftover curry. Come on, that’s not what we signed up for.
